Fixed shipping rate for consumers is 9,9 EUR (Europe) and 12,9 euro (rest of the world)
Free shipping (consumers) for orders over 200 EUR(Europe) and 250 EUR (outsite Europe).
We use DHL or Postnord for shipment. We take no responsilbility for delays caused by the shipment company.
If you discover damages on your package you must report this to your post office or delivery company and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package! If you discover the damages after you have collected your package and it is probable that the damages were caused in shipment, contact the delivery company and make a damage report. If disputes with the delivery company cannot be solved, contact us. If you have ordered and not collected your package before it is returned to us we will charge you 35 euros for our expenses.

For orders outside EU, Swedish VAT will be deducted (25%). In the top menu you can choose to show the prices ex VAT.
Please note that customs and VAT fees can be added for customers outside EU. If you want to be sure please check with the customs in your country.

You have the right to return your purchase. Inform us about your return as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org, at the latest within 14 days of delivery.
Your item/items shall be returned as they were together with labels.

Note! The customer pays for the cost of the return package. We do not collect packages that are cash on delivery.
If you receive a faulty item, contact us at email@example.com. Pleasse attach a picture of the item, if possible. Faulty items are replaced with a new item of the same model.
